Added /redar hideincombat to allow automatic hiding of display when entering combat.
Changed Sunken Boat to use boat icon.
Changed distance calculations to take height into account (distances will no longer match the minimap)
If the node is above you and you're displaying distances, distances will get a reddish tint if the node is above you, or a blueish tint if the node is below you.
