Add anchor point support for layouts and improved command line usage.

Mere:
    - Bump version for anchor point support and improved command line usage.
    - Fix a typo in Colours.lua
    Add command usage when calling a sub-command with no params, or the wrong params.
    - Add ability to change the anchor point for a layout, and fix a few issues around this, eg dragging layouts.
