- Anvil of Justice item can no longer target its owner under any circumstances

## Improved
- Gamemode select menu
	> Portal Race mode: "1-24 players" is now "1-24 players + bots"
	> Texts "played separately" and "played together" only show if 2+ players are online
- GUI: selected hotbar item is now much easier to notice at a glance
- Added sign posts that wordlessly communicate what certain color effect pads do

## Fixed
- Portal Race: Fixed end-of-race results message not showing for 5th place
- Fixed Lightning Strike item not doing a good job canceling players' flight momentum

## Balance
- Score Attack mode
	> The "Time bonus" for completing a portal quickly has been cut in half. It had too much bearing on players' final rank.
	> Rank thresholds for each stage have been reduced globally.
		> C Rank is basically free if you didn't run out of time
		> B Rank is easier to obtain for newer players who are unaware of time bonus
- Portal Race mode
	> "Swiftness Potion" doesn't last as long when used toward the front of the pack
	> "Magic Refill Potion" yields less magic when used toward the front of the pack
	> If a player near 1st has a lot of magic stored up, the game might mandate that a Lightning Strike item be rolled by a player further back
