Singleplayer data wasn't reset properly and player one could spawn in creative mode. This player wouldn't also be counted when trying to start a game. This is now fixed.

Exiting out of the spectator area is now automatic, making it smoother.
Life counter only displays while in game.

Particles are now displayed when your elytra is about to break.
Collecting paint now plays sounds and particles.
Balance changes: Slow falling reworked into "helium" (rises you fast at the start, then you fall slowly). Comets spawn more often and last longer in infinite paint mode OFF. There is a system that keeps players from camping for too long at the same tower. It now activates faster.
In damage OFF mode, you can only die from falling into the void.
There was a bug that allowed you to die after winning a game. It's now gone.
