Sleeping no longer skips the night. Instead, speeds up the time while simulating the world. Sleeping during the daytime is now allowed. (Sleeping Overhaul)
Hunger no longer decreases based on players' actions. Instead, it passively decreases over time. (Hunger Tweaker)

The old health bar has been replaced by 8 different health regions; head, body, legs, and feet each have their own health bar. (First Aid)
Walking speed reduced by 50%, sprint speed reduced by 25%. (Walk Overhaul)
Players can no longer sprint for more than 12.5 seconds. After 12.5 seconds of sprinting, stamina will start to refill after a 1.5-second cool-down. (Walk Overhaul)
Reach range reduced to 2.8 from 4.5. (Reach Configured)
Players' screens will go black every 15 seconds. Players can manually blink to restart the timer by pressing "B". (Blink)
Players can now climb two-block heights by pressing the jump key twice. (Wall-Jump!)

Foods will spoil after some time if not kept in a freezer. (Food Spoiling)
