The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
Removed rats mod as it was the mod that was causing mob spawning issues. From initial appearances it looked like the mod was generating on average of about 60 rats per chunk. Rats mod was never indicated in the lag tests tho because it’s mobs were super optimized and never appeared as a tick eater. However, because Minecraft has mob limits per world and because rats are plague level with this mod, they quickly overwhelm the game limit for mobs that can spawn and thus no hostiles end up spawning at night.
Also reconfigured Mine and Slash to make the level of mobs equal to level of the player closest to them. This is great for Multiplayer servers where players have used RTP to get into the outlying regions of the world.
Server Owners make sure that <pack>/config and <pack>/scripts are copied over.
the only thing actually changed in the configs is mmorpg.cfg and itemblacklist.json if you don’t copy the latter over your server will crash and possibly enter a reboot loop.
