Quests have been changed. For this and other reasons, a full reinstallation of the modpack is advised.

The server pack without the 60+ client-side mods and with some additional server-only mods, optimised for multiplayer.

 
Note:
The included server.properties file already does this.

For a quick server installation, copy and paste this into your server.properties file on the line for:
defaultworldgenerator-port=

Important extra note:
Currently the server menu is bugged. The "Can't connect..." message is just a visual bug.
