Full modpack rework after playtest

• Removed annoying horror mods, added different ones.
• Added Create mod and it's expansions.
• Added Furniture mod, Emote mod, RPG system mod.
• Tweaked the Sanity mod's function rate.
• Swapped the JourneyMap for Xaero's Minimap.
• Tweaked all sorts of options to enhance gameplay.
