- Frank: Now respawns after 10 minutes.

- Added the Recruiter, along with alternate versions of 10 or so existing NPCs that you can recruit to place at your base/colony.

- Terraqueous: Disabled Trickster Bloom's ability to turn hostile mobs passive

- DungeonTactics: Removed ExU2 Builders wand from tool bags

- Terraqueous: Disabled Cactus Pears to try and avoid the crashes caused by animania mobs walking into them

- CyclopsCore: Disabled Version Checker, since it was insisting 0.10.9 was newer than 0.10.10 (Yay for not thinking that checker through properly!)

- VillageNames: Disabled signs with name of village at well, since ToroQuest also randomly assigns names to villages, having 2 different names visible for each village could be kinda confusing

- Scaling Health: Lowered chance for hostiles to have potion effects from 0.375 to 0.2, and lowered same chance for passives to 0

- MineMenu: Changed the default key to L so that the stupid levels message from crafting weapons will make sense

- HWYLA: Moved the HUD down a bit to make room for the TC HUD (TC not being added after all, but if you wish to add it yourself, the HUD layout doesn't clash with it)

- LevelUp: Disabled the HUD element saying which class you are

- Extra Utilities: Disabled flight rings

- Tweaked the normal mode basic capacitor recipe to require restonia crystal. This should've been the case in 0.10, but slipped through the cracks
