Eaters of the Earth

Fixes:
Removed tightened villager security because of a gamebreaking crash.
Fixed a bug with the mutants guidebook not showing the atlas crafting recipe.

Changes:
Tweaked the required amount of xp levels to attune to an item down to 20, from 30. This change doesnt apply to existing worlds unless you manually edit the world config file.
Added a new section to the Mutants Guidebook detailing some specifics about spellcasting, namely that Chimeras can still cast spells, they simply mjust be imbued onto items to bypass their mana costs at the cost of a double cooldown duration.
