Update 9.5

 

Updated Scripts/Quests/Quest Loot/Structures/Resources etc so make sure to hit the updating button in the main page of the Questbook or run the update command in the console “/bq_admin default load” and after that’s done this one “/bqs_loot default load” manually. To update quests and loot!

 

Fixed more item storage blocks to not break when dragons run into them! Like immersive crates or bamboo chests. For lag safety reasons

 

Made some workaround recipes for half broken stuff like fey leather until the mod itself fixes it!

 

Added the “Stygian End: Biome Expansion” Mod a small addition to the end biome to make it a better looking dimension.

 

Added the “Scape and Run: Parasites” Mod adding in a handful more mobs to add to the variation of dreadful creatures spawning during the night. Some of them can be really deadly so watch out if you run into a spontaneous combusting Parasite or something worse.

 

Added a new Rift invasion with these parasitic additions for you to enjoy!

 

Further refined the Magic system for EBWiz more streamlined tiered spells and more.

 

Hopefully fixed the Midnight error spam on player screen by shifting the message to log not Popup until it’s properly fixed!

 

Made more mobs burn at daybreak (the new parasites are counted as undead and burn) and the standard Minecraft spider which always lingers around now doesn’t like the sun anymore. Ancient golems have been turned to a spawn rate of 8 down from 12 the ember beam is just too strong to have them roam around all the time but don’t worry the danger is still up the new parasites can spawn (low chance) and some of them are deadly and some of them can fly

Update 9.4

Custom made and Electroblobs Wizardry spells effects. Cool down, mana consumption, Damage etc all now tailored to the needs of Dimension Zero no more flat out x6 to all damage instead you will now feel the difference between novice, apprentice, advanced and master spells a lot more. Summons are actually strong now as well but have the highest cool down to use. And don’t try to cast any explosive spells near your base. Since Spells like Meteor now finally do what they are supposed to do.

 

Hopefully fixed the issue that made the first invasion not spawn on the 5 night as intended but on the 10 night instead! Time will tell. (btw Miencraft starts you at Day 0 so the 5 night comes when the counter says Day 4 as it goes like this Day 0-Night 1-Day1-Night 2-Day 2-Night 3-Day 3-Night 4-Day 4-Night 5) so ye on The F3 menu Day 4 a message should pop up in your chat telling you about it and on the Following Night (Night number 5) the Rift happens. And after that every 5 nights so at night 10-15-20-25-30…. (But please report if anything strange happens and the Rifts still don’t appear)

 

Optimized Worldgen a bit should result in less overlapping structures and them being a bit more spaced out and less laggy.

 

Optimized and fixed the lost cities worldgen now there are no more floating buildings hovering on a single ladder. Instead the explosions and ruined factor as well as the loot factors are fixed. Buildings now have a better feel to them also no 100% loot guarantee anymore but having a 10% chance to be an empty building and a 10% chance to be an empty chest.

 

Changed mob grifing a bit! This should fix certain mobs who are supposed to break stuff actually breaking stuff like (twilight naga boss/ghasts/ender dragon/ice and fire dragons) don’t worry creepers still won’t blow up your stuff. But dragons most certainly will so try not to lure one into your base.

 

Improved Ice and Fire mobs AI. Care for Dragons they are more deadly and less spinning around or stuck in blocks or trees. (Well as much as they can be since its still Minecraft I am sure they will still get stuck on some random corner at times…but its less likely now)

 

Distanced Dragon nests a bit further from each other…for obvious reasons.

 

Some small stuff fixes, text and bugs etc.

Fixed the updating of quests in the Questbook! The update quests had a chance to error out so I removed them and enabled the a flashing button that tells players when to update by clicking it and instead added a text message to the old update quests quests telling players about how to update. Solves the crash issue on updating quests!

 

Disabled some erroring modifiers for tinkers (inferno “flame” and blizzard “frost” from dragon blood) now only the proper dragon steel parts have them!

 

Fixed some small issues with not being able to craft reset certain items

Fixed a small issue with being unable to actually craft the new and fixed armor parts in tinkers upps did I miss turning the craftable back from false to true on ALL parts yes, yes I did XD

 

Hopefully prevented some crashes with bop and wizardry,

 

Some more minor fixes, this update mostly fixes minor problems and a few bigger crashes which I missed.
