  • Added difficulty configuration:

    • Easy difficulty has 0.5x health/damage on all enemies.
    • Normal difficulty stays the same as right now.
    • Hard difficulty boosts all mobs have 20% more movement speed, 20% more armor, 20% more damage, and 100% of extra health.
    • HARDCORE MODE HAS BEEN ENABLED AGAIN, and will apply the hard difficulty modifiers.
  • Added es_es translation thanks to EddyAM2689 & Amalia.

  • Added CaptainSparklez's tip.

  • Military base zombies are now 100% spawned with buffed health and armors.

  • T4 Gas Mask now is much more expensive than before due to its various set compatibility.

  • Nerfed create addition barb wire to 0.25 damage per tick instead of 2 damage per tick.

  • MRE now gives thirst replenish as well.

  • Disabled other world gamerules will affect globally when unloading world.

  • Changed player sleep percentage to 100%. (Still tweakable via gamerule)

  • Laboratory mining zombies are reduced to 2% spawn rate from 10%, as too much block breaking cause lag as well.

  • Lowered the chance of hazmat zombies in laboratory as the armor rendering could cause lag.

  • In exchange of balancing, all zombies in laboratory gets additional health and damage.

  • Glitter spawns more often, as well as the heavy.

  • Limited diesel power generator to 12288 due to the power limitation on the output.

  • Reduced Simple Backup to 2 amount.

  • Otter no longer drowns in water.

  • Buffed lighting rod to store 120M flux due to how rare of storm to happen.

  • Buffed military zombie's health and damage in military base.

  • Buffed several bosses follow range to 128 blocks.

  • Buffed a miniboss in [REDACTED].

  • Buffed mobs health outside of 15k blocks distance.

  • Buffed military riot set effect provides 20% damage resistance

  • Rebalanced aluminum smelting from raw ores.

  • Rebalanced season's temperature offset.

  • Rebalanced rage mind as big radius can cause lag.

  • Retweaked several car's top speed and acceleration.

  • Updated lost souls to have a message re-appear on horde building that players been before.

  • Updated lost cities to fix the world swap using old profile issue.

  • Updated todo queue size to guarantee the post tick objects are being done.

  • Removed subway tunnel extra slab blocking the center.

  • Removed horde infection visual as it cause lag.

  • Removed spring wire using iron plate to craft as it conflicts with autocannon cartridge.

  • Removed Yung's Structures as it doesn't fit this modpack.

  • Removed clogger sound spawn randomly in world.

  • Fixed marble doesn't spawn in [REDACTED].

  • Fixed several minibosses can spawn and stuck inside wall.

  • Fixed medical kit or suture kit crafting doesn't accept damaged scissor.

NOTE: This is the last medium patch note it'll receive, the rest of the updates are either very minor or just bug fixes. If nothing goes wrong, this is the last update for v5.0. There won't be any new medium/major updates anymore this year, possibly even next year.
