Compact Crafting

About a year behind on updating, and likely still a slow one since I won't have time or energy to work on this often. I'll keep it short.

• Updated Stone tool recipes. Unfortunately the refunded items from broken tools don't seem to work on axes for whatever reason. Will need to explore that later.
• Added new nail and bolt items, with a handful of recipes using them such as the new Nailed toolset. More will be added later of course.
• Updated Create to a (hopefully) more stable version to fix some crashes.
• A handful of new recipes, including saddles and leads, and a few others I'm forgetting. Some old recipes may still be there which I'll need to fix.
• New Netherite recipe, which may be subject to change. Problem is that I don't have proper diamond recipes set up, so that's a long ways off on my list. I still need to sort out iron a bit more, revise the armor recipes, then get to diamond and work up from there.
• Added a texture for the andesite rock and updated the andesite alloy recipe to include it. Rejoice. Only like 15 other rocks to go.... and bricks. And brick recipes.
• More things that I can't recall off the top of my head. It is 2 am and I forgot to update this last week.
