A whole lot for fighters
We have cataclysm mod, bosses rise mod, bosses of mass destruction mod, and the twilight forest.

Now at this point, you gotta do the next region, which is even more difficult.

What after the next region?
Well, the level cap is set to G1, or 1 Gigalevel. To level from level 200 to level g1, you must do 5 1 star max raids, or 1 5 star max raids.

this is because gigalevels don't use normal xp, they use max exp, which are obtained from max raids.

Only then can you do region 3. as a level 200 pokemon cannot deal damage to a level g1 pokemon.
