BETTER FANTASY - Overture

Fixes and Changes:
- Fixed Roll command, you can open Emote Wheel with F12
- Removed all Nether Ruined Portals (You can exclusive find Hopo Ruined Portals in every biome)
- Replaced BetterEnd-4.0.11 (Fabric version) with BetterEnd-20.0.3
- Replaced bclib-3.0.14 (Fabric version) with BClib-20.0.2
- Removed Even Better Nether (replaced with BetterNether)
- Temporarily removed True Ending Ender Dragon Overhaul (this was causing the dragon to insta-die upon spawning) Replaced with Savage Ender Dragon
- Improved Menu and Load screens
