Changelog
**Mods Removed**
- Iron Jetpacks removed; flight is now a Gilded Age reward via the Meka-Suit.
- Twilight Forest and its Final Boss companion mod both removed (overused and old).
- Umbral Skies, DoubleDoors, and Dungeon Difficulty removed.
- Distraction Free Recipes removed.
**Mods Disabled**
- Modular Machinery Reborn, Create Central Kitchen, Alex's Caves Delight, JourneyMap Integration, MMR-Create, and Extra Mod Integrations are disabled but still installed due to incompatibility with the updated version of Farmer's Delight — hope to re-add these in a future update.
**Mods Added**
- More Quest Types, ServerCore, Cubes Without Borders, Entity Model/Texture Features, Inventory Sorter, Visual Health, and Wabbanode Companion added.
- Visual Health makes a mob receive visual damage as you fight it, works on all mobs tested.
**Mod Updates**
- Most mods received minor version bumps; notable updates include Farmer's Delight, Create Aeronautics, Oritech, Power Grid, MekanismLasers, and KubeJS, with Athena intentionally downgraded one version.
**Quests**
- The entire Industrial Revolution questline was authored — roughly 2,000 quests covering machines, logistics, magic, AE2, Mekanism, and the Obsidilith boss gate.
- Stub chapters for all Gilded, Atomic, Otherworldly, and Ascension ages were created with gateway quests chained in sequence; only Gilded Oritech Electronics has real content so far.
- A pack-wide progression tracker was added that auto-completes one milestone per age as you clear each boss gate, giving a single view of where you are in the pack.
- Mahou Tsukai and some Forbidden Arcanus/Malum magic quests were pulled from Renaissance and relocated into the Industrial Revolution's magic workshop chapter.
- A cleanup pass was done on quest titles and descriptions across the board.
**Progression & Gating**
- Eleven new progression stages were defined to scaffold the Gilded and Atomic science spine, from Power Grid through Nuclear Engineering; none are wired to quest rewards yet.
- The Atomic stage now properly locks uranium, thorium, plutonium, Elite and Ultimate circuits, and everything from Ballistix, Create Nuclear, and Nuclear Science — previously it locked nothing.
**Scripts & Loot**
- A new script unifies fuel fluid tags across mods so quest tasks can match any fuel variant.
- A bug was fixed where joining a multiplayer team would strip your starting questbook.
- NauTec items were removed from early-game loot tables and replaced with vanilla equivalents.
- The Hephaestus Forge T3 and T5 ritual overrides were removed.
**Resource Packs Added** **ALL OPTIONAL**
- **Default HD 64x** — high-resolution retexture of vanilla blocks and items at 64x resolution.
- **Medieval Style Lootr** — reskins Lootr's instanced loot chests to look like aged, medieval-style containers rather than vanilla chests.
- **When Dungeons Arise Loot Tweaks** — adjusts loot chest visuals and textures inside When Dungeons Arise structures for better consistency.
- **Boss Refreshed** — overhauls boss health bar and encounter UI presentation.
- **Xali's Enchanted Books** — gives each enchantment its own unique book texture so you can identify enchants at a glance without reading the tooltip.
- **Vanilla Experience+** — a broad quality-of-life visual overhaul touching UI, icons, and HUD elements while staying close to the vanilla aesthetic.
FUTURE ROADMAP:
- next update will be 0.5.1, which will focus on descriptions, color-coding, etc., for quests that are currently not very helpful in that regard.
- for v0.6.0, the gilded age will be quested out entirely
- I intend to wait until all chapters are quested and finished until I begin implementing locking scripts to restrict progression to be exact to the questlines. For now, many modded items are available early on. Consider it testing.
- A future raid system where mobs will break your blocks to get to you on certain events/raids, that increases in difficulty based on the age you're in. It'll be thematic, so regular mobs in the dark ages/medieval ages, and robots in the gilded age, etc.
- Eventually, a create section will be created that will teach machines such as generators.
- There will not be redistribution of the server pack on other hosting websites for now, that may change in the future.
- I intend to finish all of the quests within the next month, but it could be longer if things come
