Arcana Quest

Tweaks to some world gen settings. Certain biomes will now be found more frequently in their relative climate regions. Positive Z values will take you to hotter biomes while negative Z values will take you to colder ones. Ancient Spellcraft vaults now only generate in The Beneath. Spellblade camps and fortresses are more rare now. Villages should spawn more frequently than they did before.

Trimmed down unneeded files and library mods to improve performance.

Removed Lootr due to an error encountered with Embers Rekindled.

Tweaked Dynamic Stealth rules. Field of vision should now be improved at long range and will require areas to be somewhat darker before mobs are concealed.

Added mobs and entities that should be illuminated to a bypass list to allow them to always be treated as though they were at full light level in the stealth rules config.

Some quests should now be available. The Thaumcraft quests are mostly finished for the core part of the mod. There are some other sample quests included now as well, with more coming soon.
