Added a new Villager Type(The Electrician) The Electrician's Job Block is a Torch.

Added new Blocks used to light up areas and for decoration.

Added a new Item(Portable Lantern) The Portable Lantern is an Item that gives you torches, but has low durability and has a cooldown.
