Did you enjoy the Minecraft Live 2021 mob vote!?!?!?
But, sadly, the mob you voted for didn't get picked...
Well this mod adds them in!
Yes, the Glare and the Copper Golem are HERE!!!!!!!! So enjoy seeing the mob you voted for in-game!!!
Made by Alexander from Alexander's Fun And Games.
Since this mod was originally made to help with voting, the Allay is also here in versions earlier than 1.19! So enjoy seeing him!
requires Geckolib, or the game won't load.

If you didn't already see it, here's Mojang Studios' introduction to the mob vote:
Here are the mobs!
The Glare:
Mojang Studios' introduction to the Glare:
The Glare would probably appear in Lush Caves, but since those don't exist in 1.16.5, in this mod they appear in Forests!
It is unknown how Glares would be tamed and healed, so in this mod you tame them with Sweet Berries and heal them with Oak Leaves!
Tamed Glares will follow you around like any other pet, but what's different from normal pets is that tamed Glares will get very grumpy when it's dark, they'll move over to dark areas and growl at you to say "Hey you! Monsters can spawn here!" which can be used as an effective method to spawn-proof your base!
The Allay:
Mojang Studios' introduction to the Allay:
Allays appear rarely in forests, they can also be tamed and healed with cookies.
Tamed Allays will follow you around like any other pet, but what's different from normal pets is that you can give tamed Allays any item and they'll go and pick any nearby items of the same type and deliver them back to you! They're also huge music lovers and will alternatively deliver the items to any nearby Note Blocks!
The Copper Golem:
Mojang Studios' introduction to the Copper Golem:
If you have the Caves And Cliffs Backport mod installed, Copper Golems can be built with a Copper Block, Carved Pumpkin and Lightning Rod.
Copper Golems will simply wander around, unless, there is a Copper Button nearby, then, the Copper Golem will go up to the button and press it! Copper Golems also oxidize over time, getting slower and slower until they freeze into statues. However, a lightning strike or being scraped with an axe can reverse the oxidization process.
.
In versions after 1.0.5, damaged Copper Golems can also be repaired with the Copper Ingots from Caves And Cliffs Backport, can be waxed with Honeycomb, and, when struck by lightning, will become charged, causing them to harm nearby mobs!

pls update it to 1.17.1
Made a curseforge account because I really like this mod and wanted to pitch an idea about copper buttons:
Copper buttons might be worth giving different behavior to standard buttons. Currently, a redstone signal can go twelve blocks at full charge, so the button immediately lights up redstone within a distance of 12 blocks.
What if each button push activated only 1 of those 12 blocks, so the golem's randomization would be affected by how many times the button was pushed, along with when the button gets pushed? After reaching the full distance of 12, pushing the button again would turn off the system, resetting the golem's button pushes. You can pretty easily get around this change in the buttons behavior by attaching the button to a repeater, so it wouldn't limit the button's usage to those niche scenarios.
Along with that, the buttons should oxidize! There are four stages of oxidization, so each stage could lower the maximum output length. A fully oxidized button would only have an output length of three blocks doing the math, and waxing the button would keep it from oxidizing.
Copper Golems could also prefer less oxidized buttons to more oxidized ones, because they might just like shiny things, or alternatively they would prefer buttons at the same level of oxidization that they are at currently. This new behavior could allow for some interesting redstone possibilities.
Perhaps copper levers might be worth adding as well, as buttons turn on and off, while the lever would just build up a charge each time they were flicked by the golem. Further allowing for randomization opportunities, and giving the golem more to do!
Perhaps copper pressure plates as well? While there's very little difference between pushing a button or stepping on a pressure plate for the Golem, the randomization there could apply to how long he stands on the plate for at a given moment? This idea isn't too thought out, but could be neat if done effectively.
Obviously I can't make this sort of thing come to life myself, but I figured I'd pitch it here and see what people think lol
In reply to SpencyRockMC:
Thank you for all the fantastic ideas! I'll certainly add some of these into the mod!
In reply to alexandersfunandgames:
Glad you liked what I had here! lol
When I try to spawn Allay, the game crashes. Do you find any solution? :(
In reply to elorelito_:
it is because you are using an outdated version of geckolib mod; this mod works with version 3.0.49 of geckolib "forge". download that version of geckolib and your problem will be solved
a
if only we got the copper golem
Btw this mod was made on my birthday, please for a late birthday present, make this for 1 17.1
