This mod requires SKDS Core to work.
It will add a new mechanic to the game that makes survival much more difficult, and making it much more interesting - Fluid Physics.
There is physics for all fluids, water, lava and others, from any mod.
This mod will remove the infinite water source and break all vanilla mob farms.
Placing a block in water will not destroy it, but push it out. Water can also be pushed with pistons to make simple mechanisms.
If you have any ideas or find bugs, I would be glad if you report it.

You can increase MaxEqualizeDistance
Ideas:
- ocean and river biomes absorb excess water / provide infinite water by automatically resetting towards sea level over time [this might be enough solve the waterfall problem, you could have "mountain spring" blocks that act as infinite sources, and rivers would act as a sink]
- water evaporates over time when exposed to sunlight
- water appears randomly during rain
- flow downhill over shallow slopes [finds a path towards anywhere within 7 blocks that it can go down a level?]
- integrate with Give Me Water Or Give Me Death to allow water to be consumed to moisturize farmland

amazing ideas. Mountain spring blocks could work as vanilla water so it keeps a good and constant flowing animation
can u make waterfalls work again pls
In reply to diamondarrmy:
yea but.. i have no other ideas how could they do it, the only one i have is to make water cycle which would be really hard
In reply to AlexPlaySk:
There's a comment below that has some ideas.
Same with twilight forest mod. When you enter this dimension all threes and other terrain features don't spawn. Please fix it
When installed with Dusk Forest, there will be a bug, the trees and small structures of Dusk Forest will disappear
While raining, there should be a tiny chance that a single minimum layer of water should appear on top of a block that can see the sky. Maybe a slightly higher chance on top of non-maximum water blocks. And maybe snow layers (and blocks down to stacked layers?) should decrease in stack height and become water very slowly. That would allow snowy areas and rain to replenish water over time, like in reality.
game crashed what do i do?
1.18.1 Fabric pls...

A few ideas
In reply to kaejuka:
Do you mean a water source block that generates fake water?
I had a slightly different idea. A waterfall that looks like its flowing but actually isn't.
What about both at the same time?
Then we would have the positives of both, minus most of the negitives.
In reply to shade_the_darkwing:
Like the waterfalls would look and function like they do in vanilla, but the source block wouldn't be able to be picked up. When it's picked up, it becomes the realistic water from the mod. This prevents 2x2 infinite water, among other things.
In reply to kaejuka:
But, then it would be possible to pick up the water generated by said source blocks. That would remove one of the main features of this mod.
What if the source block was more of a spring block that has some water in it. Then, when it has water in it, it would generate fake water which can be scooped up to remove water from the spring. With no water left, it would stop making fake water but, you could also put water back in by clicking it w/ a bucket. With that, you could have your own waterfalls wherever you want.
Though, not sure how the spring would know when you try to scoop up fake water.
Maybe, you just take the water from the spring block directly?
You can tell I thought about this for a while.
