Visual improvements update!

- Now the end of the rope points to the grapple item more closely

    - Also now it cares about mainhand and offhand

- Line width has been adjusted (but wont be on settings for now)

- Now rope breaks when player isnt holding a hook in main hand or offhand

- Updated the 'cloth' part of the model to have wool texture from vanilla

- Mod's icon has been updated
