Order yourself computer parts from a satellite orbiting around your Minecraft world to build a computer that actually works!
How to install
1) Put the mod into your mods folder
2) Install VirtualBox (You need a version that starts with "6.1")
3) Done! The mod (or even VirtualBox) might not work if you don't restart your computer after installing VirtualBox.
How to order computer parts
1) Craft yourself an ordering tablet.
2) Wait until a satellite is over you. It orbits the minecraft world 5 times a day, so you should be able to catch it pretty quickly.
(It says "Satellite found! Connect to 'store' using ENTER")
3) From here on, it's pretty easy. The menus are plastered with guides and you should be able to order yourself some items pretty quickly.
How to create a virtual hard drive
1) Get a hard drive.
2) Right click, it doesn't matter if it's already assigned to a file or not.
3) Use the menu.
How to import an ISO
Put it into [minecraft directory]/vm_computers/isos and it will be automatically updated in-game.
How to build a computer
1) Place down a case.
2) Right click it.
(I am the legal owner of a copy of Windows 98 and Windows XP)
3) Open the case.
From here on out, it's basic. Greyed out button means that you don't own that item.
How to use a computer
Start it by clicking on the pc case and clicking on "Turn on". Then focus your input to the VM by clicking a screen. Warning: Key combinations are still processed by the host, e.g. Alt+F4 still closes the game.
How to pick up placed stuff
Sneak + right click on the thing

fabric 1.18.2 please
no fabric just forge 1.18.2
Could you update this mod for Fabric 1.18.2 and Fabric 1.19? With Web Displays being exclusive to older versions and being capped at 1.12.2 this is really the only thing like it that I could find and I'm not really into playing older versions of Fabric as I prefer the newer versions.
can you make a forge 1.12.2 version cause that's the most popular mod version cause in this mod cause then you can also put as much mods together plus that's the mod i put my ultimate house in

Is there any updates to this anymore
if so I want these:

Dual GPU = though that wouldn't do nothing for the VM just 4 show
more cases
physical ISO's As USB's And CDs in Minecraft that you can read and write on
network cards
aw, you can't turn to the screen even with the pc off, otherwise your game will close
1.18.1 if you can, i just got a really cool desk mod and i think a pc setup would definitely complete the build :)

I know this is a pretty bizarre mod but we really need an update. thank you to the dev/devs who created it
what is with all of the toxic people, this mod works great, also i know the mouse doesnt render as a bug, but is there any way to still see where the mouse is? like on a seperate windows or smth?
I can't seem to get my internet connection to carry over through the VM. I'm running Windows XP Professional Edition on the VM, and I can't seem to get any pages to load in either Internet Explorer or even Mypal (a currently supported browser that can display modern HTML5 webpages). I have tried every single adapter option and even made networks in some Control Panel settings, but to no avail.
Is there anything I could do to fix this, or is internet just a no-go here? I'm fine with porting software via ISOs, I just wanted to view webpages in Minecraft.

It's a bug with virtualbox, you have to change your adapter settings.

Hello!
So when you first create the VB VM, it should automatically carry the internet across. I am going to be putting an in-depth tutorial l on YT (my YT: The 3D Life).
I recommend just running XP for the less lag and running around (RAM) 4-6 gb of DDR4 3,600 or higher.
The more RAM and cores you dedicate to the VM, the better and quicker the response time is.
