Sorry for spam uploading major patches to this addon, I've hit an uptick in motivation to work on it
Updated Frigid Breath's particle effects to increase first-person visibility while using it.
Replaced the Chilled modifier with a potion effect.
Renamed the Chilled effect to Frostbite.
Frostbite now applies vanilla freezing effects to entities.
Icicle no longer has a limit to the range at which it inflicts Frostbite.
Precise hearing's radius is increased from 24 to 32 blocks.
Entities no longer have to be moving to glow under precise hearing's effects.
All abilities' functionality has been changed to work with this new Frostbite effect.
If you have edited the addon with a datapack, you will probably have to go back through the abilities and do it again. Apologies.
