This is a magic mod about Totem Poles, nature and the power of music.
The main focus lies on Totem Poles. They can give passive boons to players nearby, but more importantly, they are the central piece of Ceremonies: Dancing around a Totem Pole and playing various musical instruments to invoke strong effects and manipulate the world.

Hi!
Really cool mod. Are different models or textures planned for the different animal totems?
Great work on the mod!
Mr_Pike
Thanks!
Yes it is planned, but I don't know yet when it will happen
OK, cool.
I see in the credits that you've had help with models/textures in the past. If those folks can't help any more I might be able to assist with that aspect.
Thanks,
Mr_Pike
WOAH. This looks so unique and intuitive, i havent yet seen what its like in practice though.
Floweycraft? seriously? :c that scared me so much when i saw it .-.
It is an Easter Egg that appears if you have this mod and Botania installed.
Best Undertale-related Easter Egg ever!
Is the chlorophyll, infused wood etc only in older versions? I seem to be missing items in my 1.10 mod if so, and don't know what to do. I tried googling and reading through comments but haven't been able to find anything. I'm not sure if I overlooked, if I need to download something additional, or what. I downloaded the file, moved it into my mods folder, and the Totemic tab even comes up when I'm in creative. It shows me some items but not all of the items appear to be there? For instance, in creative there is no bucket of chlorophyll and in survival it is not craftable. Am I doing something wrong/missing something? Or is it just being a jerk and not working? (I'm hoping it's just me, because that should mean that my problem should be easily resolved lol). If anyone has any ideas/advice please let me know!
The mod has changed a lot since Minecraft 1.6.4, Chlorophyll and many other items don't exist anymore.
Ok thank you! Just wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong or missing something obvious.
As promised I did a mod review (actually doing Ceremonies included). Here's the link:
Getting a crash with Totemic, not sure why. I tried doing it with mods and without any and just Totemic. Never got that in previous versions of the mod too, happened after updating. http://pastebin.com/nwRaams0
You downloaded the wrong file. The "deobf" one is not going to work there.
My Buffalo don't know how to Buffalo. For some reason they're only dropping items like Cows. I was really hoping to use this to finally have a non-Cow Buffalo in Minecraft, but right now they're just not feeling it. I could really use that Buffalo Tooth to. The version I'm using is the .74 version for Minecraft 1.9.4. Since there's no crash this was the only real way to report it. I'm hoping to do a mod review of Totemic and be a one man band.
Woops, thanks for noticing that!
You're welcome! If everything in the new update works out well I'll give it a nice review to.
Seeing all these new stuff, it's making me sad for not upgrading; yet most of the most I play with are not available with your latest versions. :( No chance for a new 1.7.10 update, right?
I'm afraid no. Minecraft's internals have changed drastiacally from 1.7.10 to 1.8, and Forge is not adding new features there either. It would be too much effort to maintain both. It's already kind of a hassle to have both 1.8.9 and 1.9.4 versions ^^
