Charge Plate - Charge items and equipment.
Excursion Plate - Project a beam of force. Redstone will reverse the direction.

There are now five different tiers of workbenches (4 + Creative). Enjoy!

-Caches are less exclusive in accepting items from a player inventory.
-Steam Dynamos can no longer have their steam extracted.

secondary products. However, the process will not be stopped due to lack of room.

Recipes:
-Pulverizer - added more recipes for creating dye from vanilla flowers.
-Fluid Transposer - added a recipe for Packed Ice using Ice and Gelid Cryotheum.

-FluiVac - moves fluids around!
Dual-mode tool, requires RF to operate. Can pull fluids from the world and store them in
tanks that you are carrying. Alternatively, can empty said tanks into the world. Never
use a bucket again!

-Flux Chiller - like the Flux Igniter, except cold. Makes snow, ice, obsidian.

-Flux Transfuser - moves RF around!
Dual-mode tool. Can extract RF from devices in the world and store them in chargable
items that you are carrying. Alternatively, can charge blocks placed in the world. Not
a proper substitute for Fluxducts, but it can work in a pinch.

Augments:
-Excitation Field Limiter - Adjusts the power curve on a Dynamo to remove inefficiency.
-Trivection Chamber - Allows the Furnace to cook food *very* efficiently, but only food.

CHANGED:
-Augment tooltips have been clarified with regard to power vs energy consumption.
-The Redstone Conductance Coil's icon has been mirrored to alleviate confusion.

FIXED:
-Caches now guard themselves against the Hopper's rampant stupidity.
-Fixed a visual glitch with the Enervation Dynamo and items containing a lot of RF.
-Fixed an issue with the Induction Smelter and the configurable Ore Multiplier.
-The Phytogenic Insolator can now safely be accessed from a "colorless" side.
-White Glowstone Illuminators are no longer interpreted as a default color on login.

Welcome to Thermal Expansion 4!
-Ported to Minecraft 1.7.10.

General:
-Augment System:
Used in Machines, Devices, and Dynamos.
Augments change the behavior of blocks they are installed in.

-Configuration GUI.

-Security System:
Enabled for most blocks.
Use a Signalum Security Lock to add a security tab to a block.
This allows you to configure who can access that block.
This must be done in a crafting GUI - you gotta hold it to claim it.

Blocks:
-Caches - Store a lot of a single thing!
Four standard levels - Basic, Hardened, Reinforced, Resonant.
Amount can be configured.
Creative tier holds up to INT_MAX (approximately 2.1 billion) of something.

-Plates - Place these on surfaces and have fun. :)
Signal Plate - Emits redstone signal at a distance.
Impulse Plate - Imparts motion to an entity.
Translocation Plate - Teleports entities.
All plates can be configured by sneak-using a Multimeter on them.

-Lights - Lumium Lamps, Radiant Lumium Lamps
New 6-Mode lights similar to the Glowstone Illuminator.
These are both solid color lights.
Radiant Lumium Lamps project a small halo.

-Machine - Phytogenic Insolator
Grows plants using water, fertilizer, and Redstone Flux.
Yes, it is spelled correctly.
Has a button to lock the left slot to Phyto-Gro/Rich Phyto-Gro.
Useful for automation with blue sides.
Water can be pumped in from ANY side.

Items:
-Phyto-Gro, Rich Phyto-Gro; used as fertilizer in the Phytogenic Insolator.

-Redprint - Allows for quick copying of block configurations.
Right click a block to set the print.
Sneak-use to clear the print.
This will generally copy side configuration and redstone settings, if compatible.

-Satchels - Portable, securable inventories.
Four standard levels - Basic, Hardened, Reinforced, Resonant.
Can be enchanted to hold more items.

CHANGED:

-Blocks which were once "securable" in TE3 now require a Signalum Security Lock first.

Values for energy sent, received, and capacity are now configurable.
Default Cell values are different from those in TE3.

-Devices:
Autonomous Activator:

-Lights:
Now have a configuration GUI. Sneak-use a Multimeter to access it.
Can be set to not actually emit light even while on. Some of you have uses for this.

-Machines:
Can now be upgraded by using the appropriate Machine Frame.
Machines capabilities scale somewhat with Machine Frame level. Specifically:
Energy capacity increases with every level, up to 2.5x of base.
Energy reception increases with every level, up to 8x of base.
Tank size increases with every level, up to 8x of base.
Auto-Transfer (Augment) amount increases with every level, up to 8x of base.

Now require augments to perform some of their previously basic functionality.
Some augments come pre-installed in machines. This is configurable.

-Induction Smelter:
Now has a button to lock the left slot to Sand/Rich Slag/Cinnabar/Pyrotheum.
Useful for automation with blue sides.

-Strongboxes:
Can now be enchanted to hold more items.

-Tanks:
Can now be filled from any side.
Values for fluid capacity are now configurable.

REMOVED:
General:
-Ore generation file.
Now in Thermal Foundation.

Blocks:
-Energy Conduits, Fluiducts, and Itemducts.
Now in Thermal Dynamics.
We understand this has left some people confused and/or distressed. Sorry about that.
