Bugfixes:
- Entirely redid the effect-giving code. Instead of giving the health boost and regeneration effects every tick, they now give them for single, longer lengths of time, allowing them to function properly, at the cost of having to be manually reset every 432000 ticks (6 hours). Please keep in mind that taking off a ring will clear all effects. I tried to make a system that saves effects and re-adds them, but this did not work. I may fix this in a future update.
