-Remade the wand syste mso you dont have to hold spells in your hand anymore, but you BIND them to the wand.
-Added the spell binder workbench to bind the spells to wands.
-Redid the spell system to use a radial menu. (R hold by default)
-Added some more sprite spells, and changed several recipes for balancing.
-Changed costs for spell casting for most spells.
