Beta Status due to Forge being in beta, thus this build may fail to function properly in any update past build 40.0.12

Adjusted ThinBlockHandling Mixin to improve compatibility.
- Non-living entities are ignored, fixing issues with boats, mine carts, etc.
- The threshold was changed to no longer affect carpets, so blocks that relied on step detection can correctly function under them.

Added config to disable ThinBlockHandling in case of compatibility issues
