-Changed recipes for mainline tiers to use previous tier blueprints

-Changed sidegrade recipes to use Blueprint Scraps instead of paper

-Added Wrecker Blueprint recipe

-Made Iron Blueprints use Plasma Lanterns in addition to previous materials

Reasoning:

Mainline blueprints were difficult to balance, since each material needed to be worth getting to justify even considering that tier. My solution was simple: make the player have to get one blueprint in order to get the next best thing, meaning it's always worth it to get. This change also makes raids more worthwhile, especially at higher tiers, since they can skip over tiers you don't want to go through.

I added Plasma Lanterns to the Iron Blueprint recipe because just requiring Treated Brass plates made it too easy to find a dungeon, mine out some walls, and leave. Plasma Lanterns require going a bit further in, and it naturally encourages actually engaging with the dungeons.
