Resource Pack Organizer overhauls the Resource Pack screen to give you finer control and a couple new quality-of-life features. It supports the Forge and Fabric mod loaders.
- Organize resource pack into folders that you can navigate from within the game
- Choose between folder view (navigate in and out of folders) and flat view (packs from all folders shown in a single list)
- Search pack names and description (supports the * wildcard)
- Sort packs and folders alphabetically A-Z or Z-A
- Option to display a list of active packs on your screen (configurable position and color; Forge only)
- Hold Alt when clicking 'Resource Packs...' button to show the vanilla screen instead (it will still show packs from all folders like with flat view)
- Stop Minecraft from removing incompatible packs after each restart

Installation
The mod supports both Forge and Fabric since Minecraft 1.15.2. Any older versions only support Forge.
Forge
Download and install Forge.
Download the mod file for your version, and place it into .minecraft/mods.
Fabric
Download and install Fabric Loader 0.6.4 or newer (you do not need to install the Fabric API).
Download the mod file for your version, and place it into .minecraft/mods.
License
The mod is licensed under MPL 2.0, which allows you to use it in modpacks.

Right, the GUI changed in newer versions of Minecraft so the mod was missing some code that handled scrolling. Will be fixed soon.
Are you able to dup. the issue where it loads active RP's multiple times?

Can't, sorry. Make sure you don't have multiple packs with the same name, or duplicate files. If you do, delete the config file and try again.
With the newest ver. and removing the config file, this seems to have corrected the issues... thanks!
I guest I'm not the only one with the scroll down problem. I am using 1.9.4 by the way, but other then that i like the mod.
What i mean is everytime i install your mod, and put the packs in a folder, i can't scroll, after i remove the mod, i can scroll again, Its like while i install your mod, i cant scroll down to the other packs in the folder.
Yea, but I can't replicate the issue just using this information. It's hard to fix something that happens due to some obscure issue I don't know about.
But i don't know why it's happening to me, all the time i reinstall your mod, i can't fix it. Latest or non-latest i can't scroll down to the other packs in the folder.
By the way, what im trying to say is that in 1.8 version, i can't scroll to the other packs in the folder. The 1.7.10 version works fine.
Ok, I'll look into it more. Also, what do you mean by the active resource packs list adds one of everything as being active?
On the right side where it list your "selected" resource packs, there. Each time I go into and leave the resource pack area for some reason it duplicates whatever I have in there, so if I enter and leave like 4 times, it will have everything dupped at least 3 times.

Hmm I'll see if I can replicate it. Try it without any other mods first though.
That's true. What I do is using the filter so I don't need to scroll.
