Fixes issue with void tear block placement only happening client side and thus not really placing blocks


(changelog from previous build included here given that I am going to archive it)


Fixed handgun not using up magazines on reload


Rending Gale
- Refactored code to use very similar code to vanilla for collision handling - should be less derpy and not getting stuck on non full blocks
- Changed particles to fly towards player
- Added slowdown feature when player is getting close to blocks


Void Tear
- now shows what's inside it on pressing shift
- added modes that can be switched on shift left click
- Stack - current behavior - keeps one stack in player's inventory
- Empty - keeps all stacks of the item in void tear's inventory
- Fill - Fills players inventory as much as it can (useful for large scale building with builder's wands and perhaps something with bits as well)
- added place block feature - places block from void tear on right click whenever players points at block, otherwise right click works as usual if pointing in the air
- changed logic that takes from players inventory to leave only one stack always (in a stack mode)
instead of partial stacks totalling 64 (or whatever stack limit) that were happening previously
- add pickup event handling so now void tears can pickup stuff even when player's inventory is full
- minor modification to void tear texture so that it's not that detached from hand in 3rd person view
- fixed issue with it getting into infinite loop when taking items from locked storage drawer
- fixed issue with void tear emptying full stack into inventory even when it didn't have full stack causing it to go to negative numbers
- Fixed issue with tear putting items into armor slots when right click removing from it


Changed fortune coin to teleport items to player if they can be picked up by void tears even when their inventory is full

Added cooldown for putting potion essence into mortar after it was crafted - stops player from instantly putting in the one that was just crafted
Changed cauldron to only apply potion effect to standing in entities when potion is done brewing
Remote redstone in pedestal now can be switched by pedestal button in addition to outside redstone source


Fixed displaying flight potion in HUD (Rending Gale in pedestal for creative flight)
Also refactored this to use potion logic instead of heavy events logic
Fixed empty potion vials sometimes not stacking (particularly when some of them were picked up from ground)
Fixed a bit the display of tome of alkahestry on right click
Minor change to avoid checking mob charms for fake players
