Random Loot Mod

Adjusted:

• Config default weights
• Config case drop chances
• Gave Epic items way more value but signifigantly decreased the chance of them dropping, even limiting them to drop from only golden and titan cases (can be changed in the config)

Added:

• A way to remove traits from items.
• A new loot system that adapts to each players individual play style.

Fixed:

• Resistant being applied to weapons instead of armor.
