I know you wont port 4 the 1.16 , but really many cool mods isnt in 1.16, and we maybe must to forget ur mod for many other mods that isnt in 1.17

PSWG will continually be maintained by the team for the latest version of minecraft (for example, when 1.18 comes out in a few months, it will be ported there, and 1.17 will no longer be maintained). The mod is open source, meaning you may port the mod to forge or older versions (please contact us about it), as long as what you're doing follows the license of the mod.
We will not be adding anything in the sky, but if you check out the roadmap, you will see we have structures planned.

PSWG will only be maintained for whatever version of Minecraft is the most recent. Currently, this is 1.17, and will be for 1.18 when that time comes. We have no plans for backporting to older versions or forge. However, the mod is open source, so if you or another member of the community is interested in porting, you are free to do so, as long as it respects the license.
optifine compatibility one day? Love the mobs. Where does this fit into the overworld, are there things I can find in survival?

Currently PSWG is in alpha, which means no survival compatibility at the moment. Beta releases will be focused on survival integration of the content. Eventually, almost all the content will spawn in the PSWG dimensions (Tatooine will be implemented for 1.0).
Optifine compatibility is not being considered. You can use Sodium, or Iris for performance boosts and shaders respectively.

What you're doing wrong is that you use TLauncher.
it's basically 'cause you're using tlauncher, i don't think you can put fabric on tlauncher lol
