Murkys Many APIs

This Api is designed to be used with the Murky's Many _____ line of mods.

This library adds compatibility for enchantment item tabs to keep things de cluttered. 

This will also begin to house shared functionality for dynamic and static registry. 

This is an experimental branch as I work and develop this. It is still in alpha. 

Please note! I have hard coded some capabilities, this will expand to be useful to the general public once my own needs are met!
