Changes to how players obtain recipes

• The poison arrow recipe, game staff recipe, and silk block recipe are now only obtained when the player gets silk
• The orb recipe is only given when the player gets glowstone dust
• The totem socket recipe is only given when the player gets a gold ingot
• The divine totem BASE recipe is only given to the player when they craft the totem socket
• the divine totem recipe is given when the player acquires the divine totem BASE
• Removed left over print in the procedure that runs when the narcolepsy record is played
