This mod (Fabric) allows you to add lots of different Minecraft blocks.
It also adds some variations like vertical blocks and new quarter blocks.
These are new variations that don't exist in Minecraft.
They will allow you to detail your constructions enormously.
There are also stairs and slabs (vertical) for all blocks of Minecraft. A dream come true.

I'm loving the mod but I have noticed there aren't any vertical 'inner_left' / 'inner_right' states for the vertical quarter block or any of the horizontal stair states for the vertical stairs. Would it be possible to add these please as I am having loads of fun with this mod but these missing block shapes have caused some restrictions. Would be amazing if you could add these please. :)

Is it possible to make the eighth blocks work how the chisel and bits blocks did? I would much rather be able to build whatever shape I wanted with the little blocks. Anyways, its an amazing mod, hope to see it grow!

This is not planned at the moment, because it would change the behavior of the blocks already installed, in other words it would delete all the old blocks.
However, if I have to do a big update I would make it possible.

When i go to create a world or join an existing one with this mod it tells me "Errors in currently selected datapacks prevented world from loading. You can either try to load only with vanilla datapack ("safe mode") or go back to title screen and fix it manually."

This is an incompatibility with other mods that affect the generation of worlds.
For this, you have the option to disable MoreBlocks mixins in settings, available with Mod Menu or in « .minecraft/config/minegate.json » by putting the option « useMixins » on false.
This disables the possibility of placing grass, flowers or snow on the plantable slabs.

I was having issued with the Williams Overhauled Overworld mod and I left a message on his mod page and he got back to me saying that this mod was the issue and linked me to a github issue page (Here). I removed his mod because I really like this mod, but I have another issue with this mod as well. I am on version 1.17.1, Fabric version 0.11.6, and this mod version 1.1.5. I have used an iron, diamond, and netherite pickaxe to mine your woodcutter and blocks the woodcutter makes, but it takes a really long time and doesn't drop the block. I would like to know if there is a plan to fix the conflicts with the generation mods so we don't have to choose between this and biome mods. But it is a great mod!
I just found another bug as well. I am not sure if it does this without and instant tree mining mods but with the 2 tree mining mods that are out for 1.17.1, Trees do not float and falling tree (I tried both because I thought it may have been an issue with the tree mod I had at the time), but whenever I instant mine a tree it drops all of the leaf blocks instead of saplings and sticks. And I cannot just place them down and rebreak them either, they still drop leaves like that as well. I removed this mod and it acts like normal again so it is for sure this one.

I can confirm it's with and without a tree chopping mod. I just came here to find out if anyone is having this issue. I wasn't sure if it was an intended feature of the mod but I can't find anything about it.

The problems were fixed in the latest version 1.1.6 of MoreBlocks.
Temporary fixes were available on Discord or pinned on GitHub, especially for tree loots.

Awesome! Is there any way to disable the sticks from this mod, because some mods that require sticks need the normal Minecraft stick and I can't craft normal sticks from the different wooded sticks unless that was added in the new update as well.

You cannot disable MineGate sticks, but be aware that Minecraft sticks are always dropped with the oak tree.
(If other mods also add sticks that exist in the MineGate mod, they will be compatible with each other.)

This mod worked all fine until just now where I get on the game to find all the textures missing/corrupted, and I'm not sure what could have caused it.
I've installed a few new mods since then but can't think of any of them being an issue.
