This is a hotfix for the last update that i archived. Please update if you got 1.6.9!
* makes level penalty apply to beating higher level mobs too (penalty is nothing if you're within 5 levels of a mob and slowly starts from there) the formula is very simple, if the difference between levels is half, (say you're lvl 10 and mob is lvl 20), then penalty is half.
* gives config for heart to health conversion.
* makes it so non_player_damage from config also counts towards enviromental damage. Meaning you can't cheese high lvl mobs with fire/lava/potions etc and claim loot anymore. That + lvl penalty working both ways should ensure there's much less cheese going around
