Reuploaded to include fix for Summoning Pedestal Nullpointer (thanks Cappie on Discord)

Sorry for the inconvience for the few who downloaded the prior version

This update will cause the Config to regenerate some options

• Clarified various descriptions and names
• Moved Loot Table configs into their own config section
• Added configs to the Random Charge Loot Table feature as that loot table is created dynamically
• Enabled RLCombat and ReachFix related options by default (refer to main description if you see "FermiumBooter found possible mixin compat errors")

Fixes

• Summon Crystals additionally fire EntityDestroyBlock event using contained entity
• Custom Sweep rehandling through RLCombat not working

Balance

• Added Bleed to Immunization cure list as an option to use during Asmodeus (high level fight can inflict long bleed)
