mainly fix some stuff

added 1 new dream dimension (my plan is to have different dimension for each dream so i can set each one to have a property for everyone and not just 1 player so you don't have 1 dream dimension of 1 player being able to fly and etc)

for now 2nd one is a debug type of deal but plan is to make it into a "eternal" night type of deal 

added barrier capsem (no power or sound yet*)

preadded some stuff for nox

preadded one of zeztz gear being license using CODE capsem you can active it however and it will turn your screen well red in future update when i figure out how i want todo missions to make them actually good and enjoyable todo as it be boring todo a fetch quest or some boring other option over and over with only reward being well capsem rolls

also in a future update the license will be able to detect "germs" or hidden entity type of deal  

added a Closest!

you can make it with oak planks, spruce planks and iron ingot
