Added new items that allow players to improve their current enchantments if they are maxed out. Those items currently can only be obtained in creative mod. So I encourage modpack devs to carefully use datapacks or any other way to add those items to loot table at their wish 
In my case i made them drop from bossess like the warden, wither and ender dragon.
