Added High Jump enchantment 
Reworked Light weight enchantment, it now slightly adds extra high jump by 1 block at level 3 and offers a bit less protection when falling 

Added Lucky Odds, powerful enchantment that greatly increase and improves your luck, making it work with looting and critical damage.

Added config values to Advanced Sharpness so you can now tweak its damage

Added config value to determine if Rune Enchantments are meant to be discoverable (this means it can be found in vanilla loot or random loot)
Rune enchantments by default are now NOT discoverable
so you can only get them by specific loot or with another mod (Trade & Enchant Overhaul)
