ImmersiveMC
Are you sick of in-game GUIs? Do you want to make your game immersive, whether you're in VR or not? Do you want to take Vivecraft to the next level?
Then you'll love ImmersiveMC!
Requirements
ImmersiveMC is available for Forge and Fabric! If you don't see the version you want to play, click the "Files" tab above and browse for the version for your modloader of choice!
ImmersiveMC has a few requirements:
- Architectury API is required for versions 1.18.2 and higher.
- mc-vr-api if you're playing in VR.
- Forge Config API Port if you're playing under Fabric.
What is it?
The goal of ImmersiveMC is to make Minecraft more immersive! It most obviously does this by minimizing the amount of GUIs you need to interact with.
You can use things such as the crafting table, furnaces, and brewing stands without having to open a GUI, and even more when you're in VR!
VR?
There's VR support! In fact, this mod was primarily built to make VR a better experience!
You'll need my API mod, mc-vr-api to use this in VR. With this mod installed, you'll be able to use your actual hands to place items, instead of just right clicking!
NOTES
ImmersiveMC is needed on both the server and the client! ImmersiveMC is NOT a client-side only mod!
ImmersiveMC is NOT compatible with Optifine shaders. If you'd like to use shaders, I'd recommend switching to another Shaders mod such as Iris/Oculus.
ImmersiveMC's chests are currently incompatible with the Deeper and Darker mod. This will be fixed in a future release of Deeper and Darker!

Version Support
1.16.1: This version is only supported under Beta 1.1, which you can download here. Note that the 1.16.1 version will not be updated beyond this version.
1.16.5: Grab a release! The 1.16.5 version will very rarely receive updates however, as it is no longer supported. But don't let that stop you from enjoying the ImmersiveMC that's already there! :)
1.18.2: The 1.18.2 version of ImmersiveMC is available! Grab a release and get playing!
1.19.2: You can download for 1.19.2 from the right hand side! Grab a release and have fun!
1.19.3: As of Jan. 3, 2023, 1.19.3 is now available! Grab a download from the side!
Future versions coming soon!
Fabric: Fabric is supported for Minecraft versions 1.18.2 and up. Fabric 1.16.x support is not planned.
Other/Older Versions: There are no plans to backport ImmerisveMC to older versions of Minecraft, nor are there any plans to port it to minor versions of Minecraft that have newer versions. For example, there are no plans to port ImmersiveMC to 1.19.0, as 1.19.2 already exists.

Forge 1.19 is already out! CurseForge doesn't make this clear at the moment, but you can go to the "Files" tab, and download for Forge and Fabric 1.19.2
That VR support is so cool!
In reply to Kooljo728_:
Thanks! It's a large part of why I made ImmersiveMC in the first place :)
Will you one day make a version that works with questcraft?
In reply to Hm_Idek:
Questcraft is currently migrating to use Vivecraft as its base (if they haven't migrated already) to my knowledge. Once that migration is done, ImmersiveMC should automatically become fully compatible with Questcraft.
Until then, you can still use ImmersiveMC, you just won't have access to any VR-exclusive features.
In reply to 275hammy:
Ya this mod is amazing! I used in the questcraft beta, it only shows 3 of the features on the curseforge site though, like you can use almost any usable block and you can block with sheilds with is great for pvp, but also when will the mod come out for 1.19.3?
Hiya! Decided to give the mod a try, and am unable to access the items in chests that are under the top row.
I have to play without VR, am I just being dumb, or is there a way to toggle rows?
In reply to Renoi_The_Dragon:
All good! I definitely don't make this clear, but you can punch the chest to change which row is on top.
Hope this helps! :)
In reply to 275hammy:
Odd, coulda sworn I did that... But thank you! It did work!
can i use it with optifine?
In reply to saymin1o:
Considering that this is meant for use with Vivecraft, with automatically installs optifine, i'm gonna say yeah
In reply to saymin1o:
To confirm the other commentor, this absolutely is built with Optifine in mind, especially considering it's built largely for Vivecraft, which is based on Optifine. That being said, it does NOT work with shaders!
Does this also support MCXR? I find it runs a lot smoother, so I'm trying to switch over to it
In reply to McnzStone:
mc-vr-api is only built for Vivecraft, and MCXR has been discontinued for a while now, so ImmersiveMC does not support MCXR.
I'm not too familiar with getting performance in VR, but using the Mixin Vivecraft port under Fabric combined with Sodium would probably get you there.
In reply to 275hammy:
I can use Sodium with Vivecraft now?! I thought it was locked in to Optifine. Sounds like a good deal to me!
In reply to McnzStone:
"OG Vivecraft" is still locked to Optifine, as it uses it under the hood, but a Mixin form of Vivecraft (currently in beta) supports it
Nice 1.19.2! now will wait for fabric lol
In reply to kyle_vt:
There are both Forge and Fabric versions for 1.18.2 and 1.19.2!
In reply to 275hammy:
Nice! Thank you!!
In reply to 275hammy:
Hey, the mod is working good! i have a question though, the chest close in the inmersion mode so i cant see the items inside, and there is a way i can disable the renders on the furnance? im using visualoverhaul and having two renders is kinda dumb hahaha and can you disable the vanilla gui somehow?
