Recipe : 

Usage : 

right click in empty space to increase tick to accelerate (shift r-click to decrease)
shift left click block to change acceleration mode

Single Mode :

right click any entity or block to accelerate it

Area Mode :

while in inventory, it will accelerate blocks and entities in radius with square shape (radius is configurable)
