Description

Humans is a mod that adds.. well.. Humans! Not quite other players, but close enough that you might consider them friends.

 

Currently in Beta, and might not be suitable for a full experience. Please make sure to backup your save, just in case.

 

Currently Humans can:
1. Be renamed to change their skin (add &K to the nametag to make them keep their skin).
2. Be given items (currently by throwing) to devend or heal themselves
3. Gain affinity with players by giving them items. Once they reach high affinity (which is instant if you give them an enchanted golden apple), you can set them as your best friend by right clicking them with a stick. If they are your best friend, they'll follow you and their affinity with you will not decrease.
4. Fight mobs (other than endermen), and defend themselves against a player which hits them.

More will be added soon, including improvements to the Affinity system and a way to get them to stop following you so they can stay and protect an area, for instance.

In comes the Humans mod!


Humans are mobs which:
- Come in a variety of models and skins
- Can be configured to have more skins
- Can be added to your party with a diamond (may change later)
- Will protect you from monsters (acts like a wolf)
- Can be given weapons and armor to be protected or to increase attack damage

- Spawn in Plains, Forests, Jungles, Taigas, and Extreme Hills. Ideas are inbound for other biomes.

Suggestions are welcome, as are bug reports. This is a BETA release for bug testing.
