First MC 1.11.2 alpha release (No problems found so far, look stable enough so I'm promoting this to beta)

* Updated to Minecraft 1.11.2
* Requires Zero CORE 1.12.2-0.1.0.2
* Minimum Forge version is 13.20.0.2222
* Blocks/items/textures names changed to lowercase to keep the codebase compabile with 1.11.2
* Disabled Computer Ports since OpenComputers nor ComputerCraft are available right now
* Fixed particle textures on the Turbine Rotor blocks
