- Added some command tweaks to help navigate through them

- You can now omit the timestamp to claim a grave. So a simple '/enigmatic_graves <player> restore death_3' will be a valid command.

- New subcommand, '/enigmatic_graves <player> list' will list all deaths which can be used on server console which do not have auto-complete
