Added radial menu with build modes:
- Normal: vanilla placement
- Normal+: increased reach
- Line: place lines of blocks in any 3 axis
- Wall: place walls in x or z axis
- Floor: place 'walls' in y axis
Added shader to previews with dissolve effect on placing/breaking.
Shader reverts to outlines when more than 1500 blocks (configurable) are placed.
Added config options for shader (useShaders, shaderTreshold, dissolveTimeMultiplier).
Created icons for all build modes.
Added /dank/null compatibility.
Added Chisels and Bits compatibility (ALT opens build mode menu or chisel menu depending on held item).
