Minecraft is great game, but exploring always felt a bit boring for us.
There aren't many structures or dungeons you can explore and the ones you find, are getting repetitive.
We decided to spice things up a bit, by adding new dungeons and structures for you to explore.
By now 26 new dungeons and structures are included in our mod.
They all fit a medieval/fantasy theme and could fit along other fantasy or RPG-like Mods.
Some of our structures also look like they could be an upgraded version of a vanilla structure or a variant to them.
Get ready to find huge mazes under trees, castles, towers and forgotten temples.

The upcoming content will be split into different phases, each covering an aspect of minecraft

These phases are not fixed! It can happen that that we add or edit structures from older phases.

Can I use Dungeons Enhanced in my modpacks?

How to use the config?
The spacing value controlls the rarity (increase -> rarer). It is the mininum distance in chunks between two structures of the same type.
The offset value offsets the spacing randomly, normally you should not mess with it except you make huge changes to the spacing
To disable a structure set the probability to zero. You can set it to every number between 0 and 100 (in 1.16 from 0.00 to 1.00).
(only 1.16.5) The isWhitelist value controlls how the given biomes in biomes are handled (true = only in these biomes, false = not in these biomes).
In biomes you can pass in every biome (biome id), BiomeTag (# + tag id) and BiomeDictionary (## + dictionary id (in 1.16.5 only one #)). By putting a "!" before the entry it is handled as the opposite.

Structures from this mod that is ment to spawn in the overworld can appear in other dimensions like the end. I assume the reason for it is that if you have a biome mod that adds biomes that you usally don't have in the end (like a forest-type biome) they can appear there.
So it would be nice if this mod whitelists the overworld for structures that are supposted to only spawn there.

You already found the problem. Structure Gel tries to guess the biome-type of modded biomes. This can be disabled in the Structure Gel config as a temporary fix. Somehow Mojang decided in 1.18.2 that structures no longer check in which dimension they generate in. I'll try to fix that in the future.
Do you think it would be fine if I added this to a world that already has a lot of mods, or do you think that would be too risky?

A mod you should add compatibility with is End Remastered, just to make the eyes of ender appear in structures when appropriate. The link: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/endremastered
Dungeons appear quite often, and there will definitely be a second dungeon next to the dungeon. It should be?

if you played in the 1.18 beta phase (or even earlier) probably because your config is invalid (close minecraft, delete the config and restart).
Note: you probably have to create a new world.
There could also be another mod that breaks our generation but this is unlikely
If the generation works fine, you can increase the spacing of each structure in the config
It seems there's a bug in the loot tables for the Deep Crypt dungeon type in the current 1.18.1 version (1.18.1-3.0). Other dungeon types seem fine (at least those I've found so far), but enchanted books generated in the loot chests in Deep Crypts are all blank.
