Adds 3 gamerules related to the dragon fight

draconicConsumption (default: True) if True when the dragon kills you, your inventory gets deleted instead of dropping on the ground (compatible with Corpse (By henkelmax) and Incapacitated (by CartoonishVillain))

draconicSpawnpoint (default: True) if true, when killed by the dragon, have your spawn point removed so that you respawn at world spawn

draconicRadius (default: 500) if set to 0, does nothing, if set to a value higher than zero, causes the dragon kill effects to occur for any death within the radius centered on x:0 z:0, regardless of if the dragon caused the death (but only if there is a dragon alive).
