Create: Realistic Processing

By default, this mod decreases the rate of production by 15x, configurable with the config toml. The animation speed is unchanged and the crushing wheels now obey a familiar per-rpm processing speed, enabling usage well above the default max of 256rpm and more dynamic usage

• Applies a global processing-time multiplier (~10–20× slower by default) to most Create machines
• Keeps RPM, stress (SU), and kinetic behavior unchanged — only output timing is affected
• Targets machines like mixer, press, millstone, and similar single-recipe processors
• Crushers reworked to scale properly with RPM (including >256), then slowed to match global balance
• Deployers slowed + animation synced to match longer processing cycles
• Bulk processing (fan-based) is intentionally excluded and left vanilla
• Designed to reduce item flooding and make parallelization + factory design matter
• Fully configurable via:
  create_realistic_processing-common.toml
• Safe for servers, does not alter recipes or break automation logic
